He has implemented solutions on Oracle Apps, SAP and EPICOR suites, across domains like Logistics, Trading, Manufacturing, Services and Process Industries. He has worked in the Indian , African & European markets.
Sundar 30+ plus years of experience in the software industry in different capacities, from Solution Architecting, Development to Program Management. Prior to Xmplar, he has worked with Agile Labs ( VP-Technology), Microsoft (Program Manager), Fidelity Investments, Javaway, Qwest, Siemens and ISRO.
Has 20+ years of total experience in ERP Project delivery. Successfully delivered projects in Public sector and Private sector.
Has experience of implementing projects in diverse domains, such as Discrete Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Trading, Construction, Contract Research, Services etc.
Jayatu has 20+ years of experience in the Information Technology space. Before Xmplar, he had worked in large enterprises like Comtech, Qatalys, Metalogic, 3i-Infotech, and LibSys.His expertise spreads across Sales Strategy & Planning, Lead generation, Digital Marketing, Building relationship, Pre-sales, Account management in both Manufacturing, Trading & Distributions.
Shivangi comes with Financial Management experience in diverse industries, such as Trading & Distribution, Auto, BFSI, Healthcare,
Education Research and Semiconductors. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI] and
has completed certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management.
With an MBA and 10+ years of experience, Velu comes with a diverse background in ERP implementation, product management, project management, and software development. His talent lies in fostering a balanced understanding of business relationships and requirements, crafting functional and technical solutions, and supporing the project teams for successful delivery.
MD at UV Associates, Brings 50+ years of management expertise. He is an alumnus of reputed B-Schools like Kellog, Wharton, INSEAD etc. Board member at Tata Steel UK and Corus Group, he's transformed businesses, advised globally, and holds leadership roles in industry and social organizations, showcasing a stellar management legacy.
Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engg, boasts 40+ years in senior roles globally. Notably CTO at Saarloha, Sr. VP at ESSAR Steel, and scientific adviser to MD at Tata Steel. An expert in steel metallurgy, alloy design, and product development, he holds a Humboldt scholarship and has been a research fellow in Europe. His consultancy spans institutions in Italy and Belgium.
