  • One of the main challenges was in MIS report generation. They need to run multiple reports and consolidate the data in excel before sharing the sales data with internal stakeholders. Moreover, there were delays in data consolidation and reporting
  • Client wasn’t able to effectively track the efficiency / productivity of their sales representatives. Managers were not getting real time information on the Sales orders booked in the field, which resulted in delay to their decision-making process
  • The current application did not have a provision to record multiple MRP against a product. This resulted in the customer creating duplicate product ID’s with different MRP thus resulting in huge duplication of records in the Product master. With this the consolidation of reports were also difficult.
  • Once the orders were booked, the distributors and sub-distributors were manually informed about the order book which was a time- consuming process

  • Order booking screen was simple and feature rich, which gave the users a pleasant experience which resulted in better Quality of information recorded on-time
  • Capturing of Geo co-ordinates at the time of order booking, brings in more discipline with the sales representative and also enables them to follow the approved Journey plan
  • Store & Forward feature helps in quick Synchronization of Order information to the central database. With this feature, Orders can be recorded digitally from locations where internet connectivity is poor
  • Feature to capture multiple MRP’s against a product was a real boon for the client and with this implementation they were able to clean & standardize their masters. This also gave great flexibility and ease of order booking to the sales representative
  • ASM’s were given a mobile app with the required reports, which enabled them to track the order booking status of their team in near real-time. This gives complete flexibility and transparency and enables the ASM to take faster decisions
  • Once the orders were booked, a notification was sent to all the distributors with the details of what they need to deliver and to which outlet. Going forward the plan is also to give them an access wherein they will be in a position to use our application in order fulfilment

Multiple Images can be captured and stored against Item master and Outlets. For outlets, the application also has the provision to capture Geo coordinates
  • Creation of Permanent Journey plan (PJP), by the Sales representative with the provision for Managers to review and approve the plan
  • Booking of Sales order as soon as the Lead (outlet) is identified & created. Additional control to ensure that the sales representative cannot book more than one order before the lead is approved by his manager
  • Activity tracker feature enables the Sales representative to keep track of their daily activities apart from their routine outlet visits
  • Store & Forward logic used where the data is constantly Synchronization to the central database
  • Provision to capture Live Shop images and also can use the images from gallery
  • Real time sales monitoring : Helps you view field visits of the sales team and manage team’s performance. You can check the locations of the salesperson and their real time working
